Russians attack outskirts of Chernihiv, casualties reported
An explosion from a missile was recorded on the outskirts of Chernihiv today, November 6. As a result of the Russian attack, there are casualties, according to the head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration, Dmytro Bryzhynskyi, and the acting mayor of Chernihiv, Oleksandr Lomako.
The head of the Military Administration said that a cruise missile fired by the occupiers exploded on the outskirts of Chernihiv.
According to Bryzhynskyi, two people are known to be injured. One is in serious condition, while the other is in moderate condition.
The head of the Military Administration said that the wounded have been transported to a hospital, where they are receiving the necessary treatment.
Meanwhile, Lomako reported that following the attack by the occupiers, all infrastructure facilities ensuring the functioning of the city are operating normally.

Later in the evening, on November 6, air raid alerts were declared in the northern regions of Ukraine and Kyiv.
The Air Force warned that the Russians had launched missiles at Chernihiv and Nizhyn. Locals reported hearing explosions.
