Russian volunteer soldier reveals who controls Tetkino, village bordering Ukraine
The village of Tetkino in the Kursk region, bordering Ukraine, is located in the gray zone. The Russian authorities do not control it, according to a statement from Oleg Baranovsky, a Freedom of Russia Legion volunteer.
"Tetkino - it is effectively in the gray zone right now. It is currently not under the control of the Russian authorities," Baranovsky noted.
According to him, volunteers who breached the border with Russia do not establish their own authorities there. There is no authority in the settlement.
