Russian attack on Ukraine
Russian forces shelled Ukraine with Shahed kamikaze drones. The occupiers rarely conduct mono-attacks, often using combined strikes with both drones and missiles.
In particular, in Sumy region, the invaders targeted energy facilities, causing power outages in Sumy.
Moreover, debris falling in Kyiv region damaged a house and vehicles. In Cherkasy region, the Russians attacked an infrastructure facility in Uman district.
It should be noted that after 11:00 PM on October 26, an air raid alert was declared in Kyiv due to the threat of drones. Explosions were heard in the capital. Air defense systems were operational in the capital and Kyiv region.
