Situation on left bank of Kherson region

Last fall, Ukrainian soldiers were gaining a foothold on the left bank of the Kherson region, in particular on a bridgehead near the village of Krynky.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine explained that the Ukrainian Armed Forces wanted to push the Russian occupiers away from the right bank of the Dnipro River. This will reduce the shelling of civilians. Southern Defense spokesperson Natalia Humeniuk emphasized that work on the left bank continued.

Military experts suggest that the offensive capabilities of Russian troops on the left bank of the Kherson region are limited. The reason is the poor training and coordination of the invaders.
