Russian forces launched a second attack on energy facilities in the Dnipropetrovsk region overnight on October 31. The equipment was seriously damaged, according to DTEK (the largest private investor in Ukraine's energy sector).

Overnight, the latest attacks seriously damaged energy equipment, including two facilities belonging to DTEK Dnipro Power Grids.

One of them was the facility where energy workers had spent almost two days carrying out repairs.

A large part of Dnipro and Kamianske, as well as residents of the Dnipro and Novomoskovsk districts, are still without electricity.

Energy workers from across the region continue working at the damaged facilities as far as the security situation allows.

On October 29, Russian forces struck Dnipro, after which a large part of the city lost power.

In addition, some districts of Dnipro also lost their water supply along with electricity.

Yesterday, emergency power cuts were introduced in Dnipro and the Dnipropetrovsk district.
