Russia strikes Cherkasy region with drones: Infrastructure facility damaged

Russian drones attacked the Cherkasy region in the morning, damaging an infrastructure facility. The inspection of the area is ongoing, according to the head of the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration, Ihor Taburets.
On the morning of April 21, the Cherkasy region came under Russian attack.
According to the regional authorities, Ukrainian air defense forces destroyed 8 Russian drones in the sky over the region.
No civilian casualties
However, the Russian attack damaged an infrastructure facility. The area is currently being examined.
So far, there have been no complaints from residents about damage to private property.
On the night of April 21, Russian invaders ended the so-called Easter truce and launched a combined missile and drone attack on Ukraine.
Thus, at 4:55 a.m. Kyiv time, the military reported the movement of high-speed targets from the Black Sea towards the Mykolaiv region. Residents of Kherson and Mykolaiv were asked to take cover.
In addition, on the morning of April 21, Russians attacked Mykolaiv with missiles. There were no casualties or damage.
Also, on Saturday, Russia's Vladimir Putin declared a so-called Easter truce that lasted until Saturday evening and all day on Sunday.
