On Tuesday morning, March 31, Odesa was once again attacked by Russian drones. One of the UAVs struck a nine-story residential building, causing a fire and injuring one person, reports the head of the Odesa City Military Administration, Serhii Lysak.
“In the early morning, the enemy attacked Odesa with strike UAVs. Unfortunately, a hit was recorded on a nine-story residential building in the Kyivskyi district. The facade, balconies, and windows from the second to the fourth floors were damaged,” the statement said.
In addition, the strike caused a fire. Rescuers quickly extinguished it.

However, this is not all the consequences. One injured man is also known. Medics assisted at the scene, and the victim will continue outpatient treatment.
At present, emergency and communal services are working at the scene of the attack.
Later, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, clarified that the Russian drone hit the balcony of an apartment on the third floor of the building.
He also reported that the injured person is a 50-year-old man with a laceration to his forearm.
