Russia killed 6 people in Zaporizhzhia in a morning attack. The number of injured has increased to 9, according to Ivan Fedorov, head of Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.

“6 people were killed and 9 injured. A fire broke out at the site of the hit - these are the preliminary consequences of the Russian attack on Zaporizhzhia,” he says.

Fedorov adds that the victims are currently receiving all the necessary assistance.

The number of injured in Zaporizhzhia increased to 16.

Earlier, the head of the JMA reported that Russians had attacked an infrastructure facility in Zaporizhzhia.

Situation in Zaporizhzhia region

In October, there were media reports that Russian troops might be preparing a large-scale offensive to capture Zaporizhzhia. Russians also intensified air strikes on the city, using guided aerial bombs.

Recently, it became known that Russian troops had taken control of the village of Levadne in the Zaporizhzhia region, and the Ukrainian Armed Forces confirmed their advance in this direction.
