The consequences of the Russian drone attack are being recorded in Lviv. The building of the Research Institute was damaged, according to Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi and Lviv Regional State Administration Head Maksym Kozytskyi.

"We are recording another destruction as a result of a night attack by the Shahed (drone - ed.). A Research Institute in Lviv,” Sadovyi wrote, showing a photo.

Later, the head of RSA noted that the debris of enemy drones in Lviv damaged the administrative building of the State Research Control Institute of Veterinary Medicinal Products and Feed Additives (SCIVP).

“The UAV debris destroyed the roof, walls, and ceiling of the 2nd floor over an area of approximately 800 square meters,” added Kozytskyi.

Shelling of Lviv region

On the night of June 19, Russian troops once again attacked Ukraine with kamikaze drones. Two people were injured in the Lviv region due to falling drone debris.

In total, Russia launched 21 drones, 19 of which were shot down. They first attacked the region with four Shaheds, and later with another one.
