Another person died in the Russian shelling of Kyiv on December 29. As of January 3, 30 people have already been killed by the Russian attack, according to the Kyiv City Military Administration.

"Unfortunately, 1 person died in the hospital from injuries sustained as a result of the shelling on December 29, 2023," the statement says.

In total, 30 people were killed, and 29 others were injured as a result of the Russian missile strike that day.

On December 29, Russian troops launched a massive attack on Ukraine, using about 160 missiles of various types, except for Kalibr. In particular, more than 30 enemy targets were shot down in the sky over Kyiv.

Initially, 17 casualties were reported. Later, the number of victims increased to 28. Three deaths were also reported. Later, the death toll began to rise rapidly. January 1 was declared a day of mourning in Kyiv.
