According to the media outlet, on January 1, a Mi-28 military helicopter crashed and ignited in the Voronezh region. It happened at about 6 p.m. in a field in the Kamensky district.
The emergency services of the region reported that two crew members on board died.
It is known that the helicopter crashed 250 kilometers from the front line.
This is not the first such incident. Last year, a Robinson R66 helicopter crashed in the Amur region (Russia).
A year before that, a Russian military Mi-24 helicopter crashed near Baranovichy in Belarus.
