Russian FPV drone strikes police vehicle in Kharkiv region, injuring 4

In the Kharkiv region, Russian forces attacked a police vehicle with an FPV drone. The strike resulted in injuries, according to the Kharkiv regional police.
As reported, the police officers were wounded in the territory of the Kupiansk urban territorial community. The incident occurred on the evening of July 13, while the officers were carrying out their official duties.
Specifically, a hostile drone struck a police service vehicle near one of the river crossings.
"As a result of the explosion, a district police officer, a patrol response officer from the Kupiansk District Police Department, and two officers from the special police regiment were injured. They have been hospitalized," the police clarified.
They also stated that a criminal case has been opened for a war crime under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Other incidents
Yesterday afternoon, Russian forces targeted two brothers riding a motorcycle in the Sumy region with a drone. One was killed and the other injured.
Shortly afterward, paramedics arrived to evacuate the wounded man, but Russian forces launched a second strike, hitting the emergency medical team.
Two medics were injured.
