The Russian army resumed shelling Ukrainian territory on the evening of Friday, December 3. Explosions were heard in Chernihiv, according to the Air Force and the Telegram channel of the head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration, Dmytro Bryzhynskyi.

According to the Air Forces, the enemy used ballistic weapons this time.

"Ballistics on Chernihiv. Chernihiv, stay in shelters until further notice," the Air Force reported.

At the same time, Bryzhynskyi warned that explosions had been heard on the outskirts of Chernihiv.

"A group missile strike was carried out on the outskirts of the city. Stay in shelters," he advised.

According to Bryzhynskyi, two private houses were reportedly damaged during the shelling.

One civilian was also injured.
