"Another deliberate and targeted attack on civilians, another war crime committed by the Russians," writes Filashkin.

The regional leader emphasizes that the enemy seeks to kill as many Ukrainians as possible, and under such circumstances, evacuating from the Donetsk region to safer regions of Ukraine would be the right choice.

Information from rescuers

It is noted that the State Emergency Service of Ukraine saved one person and retrieved the body of a woman from a building destroyed by the enemy's attack.

At the site of the shelling, rescuers found a wounded child, provided pre-medical assistance, and transported the child to the hospital.

Rescuers also retrieved the body of a deceased woman from the rubble of a collapsed building. The rescue operation is completed.

Investigation initiated

The Prosecutor's Office reports that the missile strike on Hirnyk damaged residential buildings and a car. The final number of casualties is still being determined.

Prosecutors are taking all possible and necessary measures to document war crimes committed by the representatives of the Russian Armed Forces.

A pre-trial investigation has been initiated in the criminal proceedings regarding the violation of laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder.

Shelling in the Donetsk region

Russian invaders open fire daily on cities and villages in the Donetsk region, with both frontline and rear settlements constantly under enemy attacks.
