The Russians counted that dozens of their aerial bombs used to attack Ukraine fell on the Belgorod region over the past year, according to The Washington Post.

Most of the bombs were found by civilians, such as foresters, farmers, or residents of nearby villages. Russian Ministry of Defense often did not know when the bombs were launched, allowing some munitions to remain in place for several days.
The document says that at least four bombs fell on Belgorod. Seven more were found near the regional center. The largest number of bombs, 11, landed in the Grayvoron district, which borders Ukraine.
Additionally, according to WP's information, the intercepted document includes a table of incidents detailing emergency measures for bomb disposal and evacuation.
The fall of guided aerial bombs in Russia
Russian guided aerial bombs have repeatedly fallen on the territory of the Russian regions bordering Ukraine. In particular, ASTRA wrote that only on May 15, three Russian aerial bombs fell on the territory of the Belgorod region.
These incidents have been confirmed by British intelligence, which warned of the danger posed to Russia's civilian population.
