Russian drone hits store in Kyiv’s Solomianskyi district: Fatalites reported

Russia continues attacks on Kyiv – drone hits a store, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
"The air defense forces are operating in the capital. Stay in safe places!" the mayor wrote at 11:20 am Kyiv time.
Earlier, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that jet drones were heading toward the capital.
"A UAV hit a four-story store building in the Solomianskyi district. Emergency services are heading to the scene," Klitschko later reported.
Updated. Unfortunately, two people were killed in the strike on the store, Mayor Klitschko reported.
"The fire in the four-story store that was hit by an enemy UAV has been localized in the Solomianskyi district. The bodies of two people who died were found. And two people were injured," the statement said.
The Kyiv City Military Administration added that the drone fell on a four-story non-residential building.
As RBC-Ukraine previously reported, one person was killed in a morning attack on Kyiv.
We also reported that overnight on October 7-8, Russia used nearly 150 drones against Ukraine. Most of them were shot down, but there were some hits.
