Russian drone hits logistics terminal in Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia

On Friday, June 12, a Russian drone struck a Nova Poshta (Ukraine's largest private postal and logistics operator) terminal in Zaporizhzhia. The attack sparked a large fire, according to Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration head Ivan Fedorov.
"The logistics operator's terminal has been damaged — Russians continue their attacks on Zaporizhzhia," his statement said.
Fedorov said that the enemy drone strike damaged the facility and caused a fire.
According to the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, there were no preliminary casualties.

In Kharkiv, following a Russian drone attack on the night of June 8, a Nova Poshta depot caught fire and partially collapsed. The facility was not operating at the time of the strike, so no employees were injured.
Also, on the morning of June 5, an explosion occurred at a Nova Poshta sorting center in Kyiv's Obolon district. An explosion went off while one of the parcels was being inspected. As a result of the incident, one man was killed, and two other people were injured.
Law enforcement authorities classified the explosion at the postal terminal as a terrorist attack that resulted in a fatality and opened a corresponding criminal investigation.
In addition, on June 3, Russian forces attacked a Nova Poshta terminal in Dnipro. The strike partially damaged the logistics facility, but employees were not injured.
The following day, June 4, Dnipro again came under Russian attack. A Nova Poshta terminal was hit in the repeated attack, causing a fire. Eight people were injured as a result of the strike.
