Russian drone attacks - Kamikaze and reconnaissance UAVs spotted, areas under threat

Late on May 19, air raid alerts were declared in several Ukrainian regions amid the threat of drone attacks by Russian forces. Air defense systems have been activated, according to the Ukrainian Air Force.
As of 10:47 PM Kyiv time on May 19, military reports recorded the movement of Russian strike drones over five Ukrainian regions. According to the Air Forces:

Russian UAVs were spotted in central and southern parts of the Sumy region, moving southwest/southeast,

Shahed drones detected in the southeastern Chernihiv region, heading southwest,

At the border of Sumy and Poltava regions, moving southeast,

At the border of Poltava and Kharkiv regions, heading east,
-
In the southeastern Dnipropetrovsk region, moving northeast,
-
In the northern Zaporizhzhia region, heading east.
At 11:02 PM Kyiv time, drone-kamikaze movements toward the cities of Sumy and Myrhorod were also reported.
Earlier, the Air Forces warned of the threat of strike drone attacks on the Kyiv region.
Additionally, the military noted air defense operations targeting an enemy reconnaissance drone that might be guiding attacks. This UAV was detected near the Sumy-Kharkiv border around 10:30 PM Kyiv time.
"Measures were taken to shoot it down," the Air Force confirmed.
Residents in affected regions are urged to stay in safe places, remain in shelters, and follow the two walls safety rule.
Previous drone attack
Last night, May 19, Russian forces launched 112 Shahed and decoy drones against Ukraine.
The Ukrainian Air Forces reported that thanks to air defense efforts, 76 drones were neutralized across the east, north, and center of the country: 41 were shot down by fire weapons, and 35 were suppressed by electronic warfare without causing damage.
The drone attack affected five regions.
