Shelling of Ukraine by Russia

Russia systematically conducts shelling of the territory of Ukraine, using various types of weaponry – from artillery to missiles, aerial bombs, and kamikaze drones. The shelling occurs both along the front line and deep in the rear.

Strikes are often aimed at civilian infrastructure – residential neighborhoods, energy facilities, enterprises, and medical institutions.

The practice of nightly drone attacks has become regular. For example, on the night of May 18, the Russians launched 273 unmanned aerial vehicles. On that occasion, the air defense neutralized 216 of them.
