Russian drone attack on Kyiv: Consequences revealed
On the night of October 31, Russians tried to attack Kyiv with drones. Footage of the aftermath of the fall of debris in one of the capital's districts has emerged, according to the Kyiv City Military Administration.
This was the 20th Russian air attack on Kyiv in October. During the night, the air alert was announced twice in the capital. In total, the alert lasted two and a half hours.
Russian drones flew at Kyiv in waves and from different directions. Ukrainian air defense eliminated all Russian drones that threatened Kyiv.
As a result of the Russian attack, debris fell in the Podilskyi district of Kyiv. A fire broke out in an open area and was quickly extinguished. Windows in two two-story residential buildings and one administrative building were damaged.
There were also reports of damage to a high-voltage power line. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
Russia's night attack
Last night, the Russians launched 43 drones at Ukraine and attacked the bridge across the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi estuary in the Odesa region. In addition, the Russian occupiers fired two ballistic missiles from Crimea and eight Kh-59/69 missiles from the Black Sea at Ukraine.
Ukrainian Air Defense Forces shot down 2 Kh-59/69 missiles and 17 drones. Another 23 drones were lost in the area, three of which flew towards Russia and the occupied territories.
As a result of the Russian attack, fragments of drones fell in Kyiv and Cherkasy regions, and damage was recorded.
On the evening of October 30, Russians attacked a high-rise building in Kharkiv. 2 people were killed and 35 injured.
