Russian drone attack: Hit on infrastructure facility in Vinnytsia region

In the Vinnytsia region, an infrastructure facility was struck during a nighttime attack by Russian combat drones, according to the first deputy head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, Natalia Zabolotna.
"In the region, there was a strike on an infrastructure facility. Emergency response units are working at the site," she wrote.
Local media reported explosions in the Vinnytsia region.
On the night of August 3, an air raid alert was declared in most regions of Ukraine, including Vinnytsia, due to a Russian attack with combat drones and missiles.
Explosions were heard in Poltava and Odesa. In Odesa, according to local authorities, air defense systems were active.
