In the city of Gubkin, Belgorod region, Russia, the command post of the Sever (North) military group was hit. Witnesses observed thick black smoke following the strike, reports Ukraine's Defense Intelligence (GUR).

"In the city of Gubkin, Belgorod Region, the command post of the Sever military group of the Russian occupation army was successfully hit. Residents of Gubkin observed thick black smoke, smelled it, and heard loud explosion sounds," stated GUR.

Explosions in Russia

The United States has officially permitted Ukraine to use American weapons for strikes on targets within Russian territory. This information was confirmed by the US Under Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs Brian A. Nichols.

On the night of November 19, an ammunition depot in Russia's Bryansk region was attacked. As a result of the shelling, 12 secondary explosions and the detonation of ammunition were recorded.

Additionally, yesterday, Russians reported drone attacks in several regions of the country.

Among these incidents, the 13th Arsenal of the Main Missile Artillery Directorate in the Novgorod region was also struck.
