Russian authorities in Donetsk region compile list of mines earmarked for privatization - NRC
The Russian authorities of the temporarily occupied Donetsk region have begun compiling lists of yet unsealed mines, which will soon be put up for sale, reports the National Resistance Center.
"Note that for the Russian authorities, this means transferring property to related structures, which subsequently dismantle equipment for scrap metal," the statement reads.
The RLA (Russian Liberation Army) does not conceal that the region must reorient its economy. Thus, the Russian authorities have announced further closures of mines. The NRC added that the mines themselves typically fall into the ownership of the Kadyrov clan, who unofficially manage the region.
The department also reiterated that all property rights issued by Russian puppets have no legal force.
According to NRC information, Russian authorities in the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia region issue so-called licenses for the plundering of Ukrainian resources.
