Russian attack on Kyiv repelled: Regional impact revealed
Russian forces attempted to attack Kyiv on the night of July 21. All targets were shot down as they approached the region, but there was still some damage, states Ruslan Kravchenko, governor of the Kyiv region.
"During the night, Kyiv region was attacked by strike drones. Air defense forces were active in the region. All enemy targets were shot down. There were no hits on residential or critical infrastructure, and no casualties," he said.
However, according to the head of the administration, operational groups recorded the fall of debris from enemy targets in two districts of the region.
"There are minor damages to the facades and windows of two private houses and a car. Additionally, falling debris caused a grass fire, which was promptly extinguished," Kravchenko noted.
