Russians used the humanitarian corridor in Oleshky for military purposes. Sky News journalists monitored the evacuation from the air and revealed the tactics Russia employed.
Sky News journalist Azad Safarov said that before, during, and after the evacuation, Russians used the humanitarian corridor for military purposes.
According to him, the film crew saw Russian troops bringing heavy equipment into Oleshky and neighboring villages. They also transported weapons, ammunition, military personnel, and food.
Russian forces went from house to house, searching for basements to establish new positions. They also reclaimed positions they had previously lost.
According to the journalist, Russians were covering their tracks. They removed from the morgue the bodies of civilians who had been killed by shelling and landmines.
Safarov explained that the report could not be shown earlier, until those evacuated from Oleshky had reached territory controlled by Ukraine.
The journalist believes this material needs to be shown to foreigners, diplomats, and the Trump administration, who think the Russians can be trusted.

US First Lady Melania Trump said that nearly 800 people had been evacuated from Oleshky.
The ceasefire was in effect from October 27 to November 1.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said the Russian army had used the ceasefire to establish positions.
Russian forces were rotating units, fortifying positions, expanding anti-drone defenses along roads, and increasing logistical support, including ammunition deliveries.
On October 31, residents of Oleshky were evacuated to territory controlled by Ukraine.
Before that, they had lived in conditions of a humanitarian catastrophe for almost six months. Hundreds of people decided to remain in Ukraine.
