Enemy attacks

Yesterday, the enemy launched 1 missile and 34 air strikes, fired 51 times from multiple launch rocket systems at the positions of our troops and populated areas.

Unfortunately, Russian terrorist attacks resulted in civilian casualties. Private homes and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed and damaged.

We have been subjected to air strikes: Seredyna-Buda in Sumy region; Spirne, Bohdanivka, Klishchiiivka, Toretsk, Pivnichne, Novobakhmutivka, Avdiivka, Novomykhailivka, Vuhledar, Urozhayne, Staromaiorske in Donetsk region.

More than 100 settlements in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, and Kherson regions came under artillery fire.

The situation at the frontlines

In the area of responsibility of the "North" JFO in the Volyn and Polissya directions, the operational situation remains without significant changes.

In the Siversk and Slobozhanske directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts active sabotage activities to prevent the deployment of our troops to threatened areas, and increases the density of minefields along the state border in the Belgorod region.

In the area of responsibility of the "Khortytsia" Joint Forces Operation Center in the Kupiansk direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful assault operations in the areas of Synkivka, Kharkiv region, and Novoselivske, Luhansk region, where the Defense Forces repelled 7 attacks.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy conducted an assault in the area of Serebryanske forestry but was unsuccessful.

In the Bakhmut direction, our troops repelled 10 enemy attacks near Bohdanivka, Klishchiivka, Andriivka, and east of Pivdenne in the Donetsk region. The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue assault operations south of Bakhmut, Donetsk region, inflicting losses in manpower and equipment on the enemy, and consolidating the achieved positions.

In the area of responsibility of the Tavria Brigade in the Avdiivka direction, the enemy, supported by air power, continues to try to encircle Avdiivka. Our soldiers are steadfastly holding the line, inflicting significant losses on the occupiers.

The enemy's offensive actions east of Novobakhmutivka, south of Novokalynove, Severne, Stepove, Avdiivka, and Pervomayske in the Donetsk region were unsuccessful, where the defense forces repelled 30 attacks.

In the Maryinka direction, the enemy, supported by aviation, conducted unsuccessful assault operations in the areas of Maryinka and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region, where the Defense Forces repelled 7 attacks.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, the enemy did not conduct any offensive (assault) actions.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the occupants conducted unsuccessful assault operations west of Verbove in the Zaporizhzhia region.

At the same time, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continued to conduct offensive operations in the Melitopol sector, inflicting losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces, and depleting the enemy along the entire front line.

In the area of responsibility of the Odesa Joint Forces Operation in the Kherson sector, our defenders continue to hold their positions on the left bank of the Dnipro River, continue to conduct counter-battery combat and inflict fire on the enemy's rear.

Enemy losses

Over the past day, the aviation of the Defense Forces carried out 3 strikes on the areas of concentration of enemy personnel, weapons, and military equipment.

Missile units hit 2 areas of concentration of personnel, weapons, and military equipment, as well as an enemy ammunition depot.
