In total, 151 combat clashes were recorded along the entire front line over the past day, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to updated information, yesterday the Russians launched three missile and 61 air strikes on Ukraine, with 6 missiles and dropped 131 guided aerial bombs.
In addition, Russians launched 5,130 kamikaze drones and carried out 4,336 shellings of Ukrainian troops' positions and populated areas, including 75 with multiple launch rocket systems.
Russia carried out air strikes with guided bombs on the following populated areas:
- Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region;
- Mykolaivka, Mezhova, Kolomiitsi in Dnipropetrovsk region;
- Bilohiria, Huliaipole in Zaporizhzhia region;
- Kozatske in the Kherson region.
Situation on front lines
Seven combat engagements took place in the North-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions over the past day. In addition, Russia carried out 6 air strikes, dropped 14 guided bombs, and carried out 148 attacks on the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas, including 8 with multiple launch rocket systems.
In the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, Russia stormed the positions of Ukrainian units near Vovchansk and towards the settlement of Dvorichanske 6 times.
In the Kupiansk direction, there were three Russian attacks during the day. Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled Russia's assault in the areas of the settlements of Pishchane and Stepova Novoselivka.
In the Lyman direction, Russia launched nine attacks, attempting to advance near the settlements of Novyi Myr, Zarichne, and Drobysheve.
In the Sloviansk direction, in the areas of Dronivka, Serebrianka, Siversk, and Fedorivka, Russia attacked the positions of Ukrainian troops ten times.
In the Kramatorsk direction, Russia twice attempted to break through Ukraine's defenses in the areas of Stupochky and Orikhovo-Vasylivka.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, Russia carried out 20 attacks in the areas of Shcherbynivka, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Rusyne Yar, Yablunivka, and towards Kostiantynivka and Sofiivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped 40 Russian assaults and offensive actions in the areas of the settlements of Maiak, Fedorivka, Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Lysivka, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetsk, and Dachne.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, Russia attacked Ukrainian positions 13 times in the areas of the settlements of Zelenyi Hai, Vorone, Sosnivka, Berezove, Krasnohirsk, and Pershotravneve.
In the Huliaipole direction, Russia attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders ten times in the areas of the settlements of Solodke, Rivnopillia, Yablukove, and Zelenyi Hai.
In the Orikhiv direction, Russians advanced once towards the settlement of Prymorske.
In the Prydniprovskyi direction, Russia conducted two attempts to approach the positions of Ukrainian defenders.
In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of the formation of Russian offensive groups were detected.
Russian losses
Ukrainian soldiers are inflicting significant losses on Russian forces in terms of manpower and equipment and are actively undermining Russia's offensive potential in the rear.
Over the past day, the Ukrainian Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck three areas where Russian personnel, weapons, and military equipment were concentrated.
In total, the Russian invaders lost 960 personnel over the past day. Ukrainian soldiers also destroyed 13 Russian artillery systems, a multiple launch rocket system, an air defense system, 294 tactical-level unmanned aerial vehicles, and 43 Russian vehicles.
