Russia-Ukraine war: Frontline update as of November 15

During the day of November 14, a total of 265 combat engagements were recorded along the entire front line. Russian occupying forces were most active in the Pokrovsk direction, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the General Staff, the enemy carried out two missile strikes on positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas, launching 23 missiles, as well as 52 airstrikes, dropping 111 guided bombs.
In addition, they conducted 4,239 attacks, including 169 from multiple launch rocket systems, and deployed 4,863 kamikaze drones.
The aggressor also carried out airstrikes, in particular in the ares of Berezivka in the Kharkiv region; Pokrovske in the Dnipropetrovsk region; Ternuvate, Chervone, Huliaipole, and Orikhiv in the Zaporizhzhia region.
Over the past day, the aviation, missile forces, and artillery of the Defense Forces struck eight areas of concentration of enemy personnel and one other important target of the Russian invaders.
Situation by direction
In the Northern-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, one combat engagement took place. The enemy carried out three airstrikes, dropping five guided bombs, and conducted 199 attacks, including three from multiple launch rocket systems.
In the Southern-Slobozhanskyi direction, 11 combat engagements occurred yesterday near Vovchansk, Synelnykove, Odradne, Dvorichanske, and toward Kolodiazne.
In the Kupiansk direction, five enemy attacks took place over the past day. The Defense Forces repelled assault actions by the enemy toward Petropavlivka, Pishchane, and Novoplatonivka.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 25 times, attempting to advance in the areas of Novoyehorivka, Tverdokhlibove, Karpivka, Kolodiazi, Shandryholove, Myrne, Zarichne, Novoselivka, and Drobysheve, as well as toward Korovyn Yar, Olhivka, Druzheliubivka, and Novyi Myr.
In the Sloviansk direction, Ukrainian forces repelled 17 enemy attacks over the past day. Enemy units attempted to advance in the areas of Yampil, Dronivka, Serebrianka, Siversk, and Pereiizne.
In the Kramatorsk direction, four combat engagements were recorded in the areas of Fedorivka, Vasiukivka, Maiske, and Orikhovo-Vasylivka.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 35 attacks near Shcherbynivka, Pleshchiivka, Rusyn Yar, and toward Kostiantynivka and Poltavka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped 107 assault and offensive actions by the enemy in the areas of Volodymyrivka, Nykanorivka, Rodynske, Novopavlivka, Lysivka, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Kotliarivka, Orikhove, Filiia, and Dachne.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the Defense Forces repelled 18 attacks near Ivanivka, Zelenyi Hai, Yalta, Oleksandrohrad, Stepove, Pryvilne, Yehorivka, and Krasnohirske.
In the Huliaipole direction, the enemy carried out 15 assault actions. Ukrainian defenders repelled attacks in the areas of Solodke, Yablukove, and toward Zelenyi Hai and Varvarivka.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy launched four assaults near Stepnohirsk and toward Prymorske and Novoandriivka.
In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions over the past day.
Russian losses in the war
According to the General Staff, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion Russia has lost approximately 1,157,400 military personnel.
Overall, Russian losses over the past day amounted to 1,000 personnel.
The enemy also lost six tanks, 19 armored combat vehicles, 20 artillery systems, a multiple launch rocket system, two air defense systems, 490 operational-tactical UAVs, 14 missiles, two pieces of special equipment, and 90 vehicles.
