Russian forces continue active assaults in eastern and southern Ukraine. More than 150 combat clashes were recorded over the past day, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"Operational information as of 08:00 on November 1, 2025, regarding the Russian invasion. It is the 1,347th day of the large-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. Ukrainian defenders are firmly holding back the enemy’s attacks, inflicting significant losses," the statement said.

According to the military, a total of 157 combat clashes were recorded over the past day.

Yesterday, the enemy carried out 60 airstrikes, dropping 132 guided bombs. In addition, they conducted 4,160 shelling attacks, including 108 from multiple launch rocket systems, and launched 5,404 kamikaze drones.

Meanwhile, airstrikes targeted the areas of Pokrovske and Velykomykhailivka in Dnipropetrovsk region; Zaliznychne, Solodke, Zelenyi Hai, Rivnopillia, and Yablukove in Zaporizhzhia region; and Mykilske in Kherson region.

Over the past day, the aviation, missile forces, and artillery of the Defense Forces struck four areas where enemy personnel, weapons, and equipment were concentrated, as well as one artillery system and three other important enemy targets.

Situation by direction

In the Northern-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk direction, 11 combat clashes took place over the past day. The enemy carried out 11 airstrikes, dropped 26 guided bombs, and conducted 171 shelling attacks, including six from multiple launch rocket systems.

In the Southern-Slobozhanskyi direction, Ukrainian troops repelled five attacks near Vovchansk and in the areas of Vovchanski Khutory, Dvorichanske, and Kolodiazne.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy launched 11 attacks yesterday. Ukrainian defenders repelled enemy assaults near Petropavlivka, Pishchane, and toward Novoplatonivka and Novoosynove.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 10 times, attempting to breach Ukrainian defenses near Torske, Karpivka, Derylove, and toward Korovii Yar and Lyman.

In the Sloviansk direction, Ukrainian troops stopped 11 enemy attacks near Yampol, Dronivka, Serebrianka, Pereizne, Siversk, and Vyimka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the Defense Forces repelled one assault near Chasiv Yar.

In the Kostiantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 13 attacks near Shcherbynivka, Pleshchiivka, Toretsk, and toward Sofiivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped 48 enemy assaults near the settlements of Nykanorivka, Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Myrnohrad, Novoekonomichne, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Dachne, Lysivka, Novopavlivka, Pokrovsk, Zvirove, Novoukrainka, and toward Hryshyne.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy launched 18 attacks throughout the day near Verbove, Pavlivka, Vyshneve, Zelenyi Hai, Sosnivka, Vorone, Stepove, and Krasnohirske, as well as toward Orestopil, Rybne, and Oleksiivka.

In the Huliaipole direction, the Defense Forces repelled three enemy attacks near Novomykolaivka and toward Novoie.

In the Orikhiv direction, there were two combat clashes as the enemy tried to advance near Novoandriivka and Kamianske.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, Ukrainian units repelled three enemy assaults toward the Antonivskyi Bridge.

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, there were no signs of the enemy forming offensive groups.

Russian losses

Meanwhile, Ukrainian troops continue to inflict significant losses on the occupying forces in manpower and equipment, actively weakening the enemy's offensive potential in the rear.

Over the past day, Russian losses amounted to 900 personnel.

Ukrainian defenders also destroyed six tanks, two armored combat vehicles, nine artillery systems, one multiple launch rocket system, two air defense systems, 349 tactical-level UAVs, 58 vehicles, and one unit of special equipment belonging to the occupiers.
