Russia-Ukraine war: Frontline update as of July 14

Since the start of July 14, there have been 138 combat engagements on the front line. The highest number of enemy attacks was recorded in the Pokrovsk direction, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Today, Russia carried out two missile strikes using two missiles, 64 airstrikes involving 100 guided bombs, and launched 1,168 kamikaze drones. In addition, the Russian army fired 3,980 times at Ukrainian positions and populated areas.
In the Northern-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, there were 19 clashes with Russian forces. The enemy conducted 7 airstrikes, dropping 22 guided bombs, and carried out 345 shelling attacks, including seven with multiple launch rocket systems.
In the Southern-Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy launched four attacks today, targeting areas near Vovchansk and Kamianka.
In the Kupiansk direction, Russian troops attempted to advance five times near Kindrashivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Zahryzove, and toward Nova Kruhliakivka and Petropavlivka.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 17 Russian attacks near Hrekivka, Novomykhailivka, Karpivka, Novyi Myr, Kolodiazi, Serebrianka, Torske, and toward Novoserhiivka and Shandryholove. Another eight battles are still ongoing.
In the Siversk direction, Ukrainian forces repelled six enemy attacks. The units of the Russian army attempted to advance toward Hryhorivka, Ivano-Darivka, Verkhniokamianske, and Vyimka.
As of now, in the Kramatorsk direction, Ukrainian defenders have stopped four enemy assaults aimed at Stupochky, Predtechyne, and Bila Hora.
In the Toretsk direction, Ukrainian forces have repelled five attacks today near Toretsk, Rusyn Yar, Dyliivka, and toward Katerynivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy launched 37 attacks on Ukrainian positions near the settlements of Novoeconomichne, Myrne, Rodynske, Fedorivka, Razine, Lysivka, Zvirove, Udachne, Novopavlivka, Oleksiivka, and toward Volodymyrivka, Pokrovsk, and Myrnohrad. Ukrainian defenders repelled 30 of these attacks; seven more are still ongoing.
Preliminary estimates indicate that Russian forces lost 140 personnel (killed and wounded) in the Pokrovsk direction today. Ukrainian troops destroyed two infantry fighting vehicles, two vehicles, 21 UAVs, four UAV antennas, two artillery systems, a satellite communication terminal, and hit a Russian quad bike.
In the Novopavlivka direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 16 enemy attacks near the settlements of Novokhatske, Zaporizhzhia, Komar, Myrne, Piddubne, Novosilka, Voskresenka, Vilne Pole, Shevchenko, Zelene Pole, and Temyrivka. Two battles are still ongoing.
In the Huliaipole direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions but did carry out an airstrike on Bilohiria.
In the Orikhiv direction, Ukrainian forces successfully repelled one assault by Russian troops toward Kamianske. Novodanylivka and Plavni were targeted by airstrikes.
In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the enemy made nine unsuccessful attempts to advance toward Ukrainian positions. Odradokamianka was hit with unguided air-to-surface missiles.
Russian losses in the war
According to the General Staff, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Russia has lost approximately 1,035,060 troops.
In the past 24 hours alone, Russian forces lost 1,130 soldiers. Ukrainian defenders also destroyed 3 tanks, 4 armored combat vehicles, 51 artillery systems, 124 drones, and other enemy equipment.
