Over the past day, 200 combat engagements took place along the front line, with the heaviest fighting reported in the Pokrovsk direction, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Russian forces carried out 6,074 attacks, including 119 using multiple launch rocket systems, and launched 3,724 kamikaze drones.

The enemy also carried out one missile strike and 65 airstrikes, using two missiles and 117 guided aerial bombs.

Airstrikes targeted settlements in the Sumy, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions.

Ukraine’s defense forces struck two command posts, four artillery systems, and seven areas where enemy personnel and equipment were concentrated.

Frontline updates

In the Northern-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, 23 attacks were repelled. Russian forces launched 10 airstrikes, dropped 28 guided aerial bombs, and carried out 312 artillery attacks, including 10 using multiple launch rocket systems.

In the Southern-Slobozhanskyi direction, seven combat engagements took place near Vovchansk and Ambarne.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy tried to break through Ukrainian defenses near Holubivka, Kindrashivka, Zahryzove, Zelenyi Hai, and Kupiansk, launching a total of eight assaults.

In the Lyman direction, 37 attacks were recorded near Novoiehorivka, Hrekivka, Karpivka, Zelena Dolyna, Kolodiazi, Novyi Myr, Ridkodub, Myrne, Torske, and Hryhorivka.

In the Siversk direction, seven engagements occurred near Serebrianka, Verkhniokamianske, Hryhorivka, and Ivano-Darivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, six attacks were repelled near Bila Hora, Chasiv Yar, and Stupochky.

In the Toretsk direction, the enemy launched six assaults on Ukrainian positions near Toretsk, Dyliivka, and Rusyn Yar.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian forces repelled 59 attacks in the areas of Poltavka, Malynivka, Novoeconomichne, Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Shevchenko, Razine, Orikhove, Dachne, Zvirrove, Udachne, Novosergiivka, Muravka, Novopavlivka, Oleksiivka, and toward Volodymyrivka, Serhiivka, Filiia, and Pokrovsk.

In the Novopavlivka direction, 18 assaults were repelled near Zirka, Tolste, Voskresenka, Zaporizhzhia, Shevchenko, and Novopil.

In the Huliaipole direction, Russian forces carried out eight attempts to advance near Malynivka.

In the Orikhiv direction, five attacks took place near Kamianske.

In the Dnipro River direction, one unsuccessful enemy assault was recorded.

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of offensive group formations were observed.

Russian losses in the war

As of today, according to the General Staff, Russia has lost more than one million troops since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. Just in the past day, Russian forces lost 1,180 personnel.

Ukrainian troops also destroyed two tanks, three armored fighting vehicles, 39 artillery systems, two multiple launch rocket systems, one air defense system, one aircraft, 216 tactical UAVs, and 104 units of enemy automotive equipment.
