As of 10:00 PM Kyiv time on June 26, there were 139 combat engagements on the front line over the past day. The highest number of clashes was recorded in the Pokrovsk and Northern Slobozhanskyi directions, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Enemy attacks

The invaders carried out 39 airstrikes, dropping 68 guided aerial bombs. In addition, the Russian forces used 796 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,752 attacks on the positions of our troops and civilian settlements.

Situation on the front lines

Northern Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions: Ukrainian forces repelled 20 enemy attacks, with one more engagement still ongoing. The enemy also carried out one airstrike, dropping four guided aerial bombs (KABs), and conducted 171 attacks, including three with multiple launch rocket systems.

Southern Slobozhanskyi direction: Since the beginning of the day, the enemy launched nine attacks on Ukrainian positions near the settlements of Hlyboke, Zybine, Vovchansk, Krasne Pershe, Kamyanka, Kindrashivka, and Mala Shapkivka. One battle is still ongoing.

Kupiansk direction: Russian troops launched seven assault operations, attempting to break through near Holubivka, Kindrashivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Zelenyi Hai, and in the direction of Petropavlivka.

Lyman direction: Since the start of the day, Russian forces launched 17 attacks near Hrekivka, Novyi Myr, Ridkodub, and toward Olhivka, Serednie, Kolodiazi, Zelena Dolyna, and Torske. Ukrainian defenders are currently repelling four ongoing assaults.

Siversk direction: The Defense Forces are holding off two enemy attacks near Vyimka and Fedorivka.

Kramatorsk direction: Three combat engagements have been recorded, with Russian units attempting to advance toward Markove, Bila Hora, and Bondarne.

Toretsk direction: Russian forces launched 16 attacks on Defense Forces positions, focusing their efforts near Toretsk, Dachne, Shcherbanivka, Oleksandro-Kalynove, Romanivka, Yablunivka, and Rusyn Yar. Two battles are ongoing.

Pokrovsk direction: Since the beginning of the day, Russian troops attempted to break through Ukrainian defenses 39 times near the settlements of Poltavka, Malynivka, Shevchenko Pershe, Myrne, Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Novomykolaivka, Kotliarivka, Myrnohrad, Novoserhiivka, Udachne, Oleksiivka, Novoukrainka, and in the direction of Volodymyrivka. Fighting continues in six locations.

"The Defense Forces are holding back enemy assaults. The enemy is suffering heavy losses — today, 148 occupiers were neutralized in this direction, 80 of them killed. Two vehicles, seven motorcycles, one howitzer, three UAVs, a satellite communication terminal, a UAV command post were destroyed, and one enemy cannon was damaged," the General Staff reported.

Novopavlivka direction: Ukrainian units repelled 13 enemy attacks near the settlements of Zirka, Yalta, Zaporizhzhia, Bahatyr, Fedorivka, Komar, Odradne, and in the direction of Voskresenka. Five more battles are still ongoing.

Orikhiv direction: The enemy launched airstrikes on the areas of Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, and Kamianske.

Prydniprovskyi direction: The enemy made five unsuccessful attempts to advance, suffered losses, and retreated. An airstrike hit Kozatske.

Huliaipole and Orikhiv directions: No offensive actions were recorded.

Other directions: No significant changes were observed.

Russian army losses

Over the past day — from June 25 to 26 — Russian forces lost another 1,100 soldiers in battles against Ukraine. Ukrainian forces also destroyed 48 artillery systems, 107 drones, and 111 vehicles.

In total, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Russian army has suffered losses exceeding 1 million personnel.
