Russia-Ukraine war: Frontline update as of June 14

As of 10:00 p.m. Kyiv time on June 14, a total of 178 combat clashes had taken place along the front lines throughout the day, with the fiercest fighting reported in the Pokrovsk direction, reports Ukraine’s General Staff.
Enemy attacks
Over the past 24 hours, Russia carried out one missile strike and 56 airstrikes, using one missile and 63 guided bombs. In addition, the Russian army deployed 1,249 kamikaze drones and launched 4,124 attacks on Ukrainian military positions and populated areas.
Frontline situation
In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy made three attempts to advance toward the positions of our defenders near Kamianka and in the direction of the settlements of Lyptsi and Krasne Pershe.
The enemy attempted to advance five times toward our positions in the Kupiansk direction, near the settlements of Kindrashivka and Petropavlivka, as well as toward Holubivka and Novoplatonivka. At present, two battles are still ongoing.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 17 Russian attacks today near Ridkodub, Yampilivka, Zelenа Dolyna, the Serebrianske Forestry, and in the direction of Hlushchenkove, Olhivka, Novyi Myr, Torske, and Shandryholove. Two more attacks are currently underway.
In the Siversk direction, Ukrainian troops repelled five enemy assaults. Russian forces attempted to advance toward Hryhorivka and Verkhniokamianske but were pushed back.
As of now, in the Kramatorsk direction, our defenders have stopped six enemy assaults. The enemy attacked in the direction of Stupochky and Bila Hora.
In the Toretsk direction, Ukrainian forces repelled 21 enemy attacks today near the areas of Diliivka, Toretsk, Shcherbynivka, Romanivka, and in the directions of Pleshchiivka and Yablunivka. One more battle is currently ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy launched 45 attacks on Ukrainian positions throughout the day near the settlements of Malynivka, Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Novosergiivka, Udachne, Orikhove, and in the direction of Myrne, Novoukrainka, Muravka, and Oleksiivka. While holding back the enemy onslaught, Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled 44 attacks, with one engagement still ongoing.
"According to preliminary estimates, today the enemy lost around 210 personnel, killed and wounded, in the Pokrovsk direction. Our soldiers destroyed six vehicles, 12 motorcycles, 11 UAVs, a Murom-M visual observation station, and two UAV control antennas. Ukrainian defenders also took out three armored fighting vehicles, two artillery guns, and one enemy electronic warfare system," the statement said.
In the Novopavlivka direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 23 enemy attacks near the settlements of Rozlyv, Bahatyr, and Novosilka, as well as in the direction of Shevchenko and Vilne Pole. Two battles are still ongoing.
In the Huliaipole direction, no combat engagements were recorded.
In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders successfully repelled an enemy assault toward Novoandriivka.
In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the Russian army made two unsuccessful attempts to advance near the Antonivskyi Bridge.
Ukraine’s Defense Forces continue to hold back the enemy in the Kursk direction, where our troops repelled 33 enemy attacks today. Six combat engagements are still underway.
