Russia-Ukraine war: Frontline update as of May 11

Over the past 24 hours, there were 161 combat encounters on the front lines. The Ukrainian Armed Forces struck nine areas where enemy forces were concentrated and destroyed enemy equipment, according to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The enemy carried out 63 airstrikes and dropped 96 guided bombs. Additionally, over 4,000 artillery shellings were recorded, including 85 from multiple rocket launchers. A total of 2,470 kamikaze drones were used to strike targets.
The heaviest strikes were on the settlements of Cherneve (Sumy region), Myrne, Sukhy Yar, Piddubne, Komar (Donetsk region), Novodarivka, Malynivka, Zaliznychne (Zaporizhzhia), and Mykolaivka (Kherson region).
In response, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck nine areas where enemy troops and equipment were concentrated, as well as an artillery system, a radar station, and another significant Russian military facility.
Situation on the fronts
Kharkiv direction: Three attacks were repelled in the areas of Vovchansk, Mala Shapkivka, and Kamianka.
Kupiansk direction: The enemy unsuccessfully attempted assaults near Kindrashivka, Synkivka, and Zahrizove.
Lyman direction: The enemy launched eight attacks in the direction of Cherneshchyna, Olhivka, Ridkodub, Novo, Zelena Dolyna, Yampolivka, and Kopanky.
Siversk direction: Four breakthrough attempts near Hryhorivka and Bilohorivka were repelled.
Kramatorsk direction: Nine clashes occurred near Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Chasiv Yar, Bila Hora, Maiske, and Predtechyne.
Toretsk direction: 12 attacks in the areas of Druzhba, Toretsk, Shcherbynivka, and Dilyivka.
Pokrovsk direction: 60 attacks were recorded in the areas of Nova Poltavka, Myroliubivka, Kotliarivka, Myrny, Zoria, as well as near Malynivka, Yelyzavetivka, Lysivka, Dachenky, Zvirivka, Kotlyne, Novoserhiivka, Udachne, Novooleksandrivka, Preobrazhenka, and Andriivka.
Novopavlivka direction: 13 assaults in the areas of Kostiantynopol, Vilne Pole, Pryvilne, Bahatir, Shevchenka, and Novopole.
Huliaipole direction: 13 attacks near Novopole and Novosilky.
Orikhiv direction: The enemy twice stormed near Stepove and Novodanylivka.
Prydniprovskyi direction: Three attempts to advance toward Ukrainian positions were unsuccessful.
Kursk direction: 25 combat engagements, 18 airstrikes (28 guided bombs), 265 artillery shellings, including three from MLRS.
Russian losses
Yesterday, Russian invasion forces suffered 1,310 casualties. Ukrainian troops also destroyed two tanks, six armored combat vehicles, 33 artillery systems, one multiple launch rocket system, one air defense system, 55 operational-tactical drones, 117 vehicles, and three pieces of special equipment.
