Since the beginning of March 21, a total of 68 combat engagements have taken place on the frontline, with the highest enemy activity observed in the Pokrovsk direction, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In the Kharkiv direction, Russian forces attempted one attack near Vovchansk.

In the Kupiansk direction, Ukrainian forces repelled two enemy assaults near Pishchane and Kruhliakivka.

In the Lyman direction, twelve clashes occurred near Kopanky, Novomykhailivka, Nove, Zelena Dolyna, Yampolivka, Torske, and Ivanivka. Four clashes are still ongoing.

In the Siversk direction, one attack near Bilohorivka was repelled, and one engagement is still underway.

In the Kramatorsk direction, Russian troops launched three assaults near Chasiv Yar, Andriivka, and Predtechyne, all of which were repelled.

In the Toretsk direction, Russian forces conducted 13 attacks near Dachne, Druzhba, and Toretsk. Four engagements are still ongoing.

The enemy is currently active in the Pokrovsk direction. Fifteen times during the day, the enemy attempted to advance towards Ukrainian positions near the settlements of Zelene Pole, Yelyzavetivka, Udachne, Preobrazhenka, Bohdanivka and Andriivka. One battle is still ongoing. The enemy also conducted air strikes near Pokrovsk.

In the Novopavlivka direction, five attacks were recorded near Konstiantynopol and Dniproenerhiia. One engagement is still in progress.

In the Huliaipole direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled an attack near Novosilka. Russian aircraft targeted Shevchenko, Novodarivka, Novopil, and Huliaipole.

In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy did not conduct any offensive. However, Russian forces carried out airstrikes on Novodanylivka and Novoandriivka.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the enemy tried to attack the positions of Ukrainian troops once, but unsuccessfully.

In the Kursk region, Ukrainian forces are currently repelling one assault, with a total of 13 clashes recorded. Russian forces launched seven airstrikes, dropping eight guided bombs on Ukrainian positions and settlements. Additionally, they conducted 155 artillery strikes, including three from multiple rocket launchers.

Russia's losses in the war

According to the General Staff, since the beginning of the full-scale war, Russia has lost more than 900,000 personnel.

Over the past 24 hours alone, the Russian army lost 1,330 soldiers. Also yesterday, the Defence Forces destroyed 17 tanks, 28 armored combat vehicles, 101 artillery systems, 185 drones, and other enemy equipment.
