Russia-Ukraine war: Frontline update as of March 10

Over the past day, 151 combat engagements were registered along the entire frontline. Ukrainian troops inflict significant losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces and actively undermine Russia's offensive potential in the rear, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Yesterday, Russia carried out 91 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, dropping 148 guided bombs. In addition, it carried out almost 6,700 attacks, including 186 from multiple launch rocket systems, and used 2,576 kamikaze drones.
Russia carried out air strikes, in particular in the vicinity of populated areas:
- Borova, Kozacha Lopan, Prudianka, Slatyno, Vovchanski Khutory in Kharkiv region;
- Zoria, Poltavka, Pokrovsk, Zvirove, Nadiivka, Odradne, Shevchenko in Donetsk region;
- Huliaipole, Novoandriivka, Stepove, Kamianske in Zaporizhzhia region.
Sectors
In the Kharkiv sector, Ukrainian troops repelled 6 Russian attacks near Vovchansk.
5 Russian attacks took place in the Kupiansk sector yesterday. Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled Russian assaults near Lozova, Petropavlivka and Zahryzove.
Russians attacked in the Lyman sector 11 times. They tried to advance near Balka Zhuravka, Novoliubivka, Myrne, Ivanivka and Yampolivka.
In the Siversk sector, Ukrainian troops repelled 20 Russian attacks over the last day. Russian units tried to advance in the areas of Bilohorivka, Verkhniokamianske, and in the direction of Serebrianka
In the Kramatorsk sector, Russian invaders tried to advance on the positions of Ukrainian units near Chasiv Yar, Hryhorivka, and towards Stupochky and Bila Hora.
In the Toretsk sector, Russia carried out 18 attacks near the settlements of Toretsk, Druzhba and Dachne.
In the Pokrovsk sector, Ukrainian defenders stopped 35 Russian attacks in the areas of Yelyzavetivka, Promin, Dachne, Kotlyne, Nadiivka, Preobrazhenka, Andriivka and Ulakly.
In the Novopavlivka sector, Russia tried to break through 5 times near the settlements of Skudne, Burlatske and Kostiantynopil.
In the Huliaipole sector, in the areas of Novopil and Pryvilne, Ukrainian defenders repelled 9 Russian assault actions.
In the Orikhiv sector, Russia attacked 4 times near Stepove, Nesterianka, and Shcherbaky.
In the operational zone in Kursk region, Ukrainian Defense Forces units repelled Russian 27 attacks yesterday. In addition, Russians launched 29 air strikes with 35 guided bombs, and also fired 422 artillery shells at the positions of Ukrainian troops and settlements, including 17 from multiple launch rocket systems.
In the Prydniprovskyi sector, Russians did not conduct any assault operations yesterday.
No signs of Russian offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissia sectors.
Russian losses
Over the past day, the aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Ukrainian Defense Forces hit 28 areas of concentration of Russian personnel and military equipment, 7 artillery systems, a control center, an ammunition depot and an electronic warfare/radar station.
In total, the Russian losses amounted to 1,190 people over the past day. Ukrainian troops also neutralized 18 tanks, 40 armored combat vehicles, 65 artillery systems, one MLRS, an air defense system, 241 drones and 138 vehicles.
