Russia-Ukraine war: Frontline update as of February 7

Since the beginning of February 7, there have been 67 combat engagements on the frontline, with the heaviest Russian pressure in the Pokrovsk direction and Kursk region, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In the Kupiansk direction, Russian forces carried out seven assault actions near Zahryzove and Lozova. Four clashes have ended, while three are ongoing. The enemy also launched airstrikes with unguided missiles on Zelenyi Hai and Pishchane.
In the Lyman direction, the Russian army attacked eight times near Kopanky, Novoyehorivka, Novoliubivka, and Yampolivka. One attack is still ongoing.
In the Siversk direction, Russian troops attacked Ukrainian positions twice near Bilohorivka and Verkhniokamianske, with one engagement still underway.
In the Kramatorsk direction, Ukrainian forces are repelling two Russian attacks near Chasiv Yar. The enemy also struck Kramatorsk with guided aerial bombs.
In the Toretsk direction, Russian forces launched eight attacks around Toretsk, with four clashes still ongoing. So far, at least nine guided bombs have been dropped on Kostiantynivka, Druzhkivka, and Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the start of the day, Russian troops have attempted 17 assaults to push Ukrainian defenders from their positions near Zelenе Pole, Tarasivka, Myroliubivka, Promin, Novooleksandrivka, Nadiivka, Andriivka, and Dachne. Ukrainian forces repelled 15 attacks, while two clashes are still ongoing. Enemy losses are being assessed. Russian aircraft also targeted Filiia and Oleksiivka.
In the Novopavlivka direction, Russian troops attacked Ukrainian positions four times, attempting to break through toward Kostiantynopol. One battle is still ongoing. The village of Rozlyv was hit by guided bombs.
In the Huliaipole direction, Russian aviation carried out airstrikes on Novodarivka and Huliaipole.
In the Kursk region, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 13 Russian attacks, while five more are ongoing. The enemy carried out 18 airstrikes, dropping 25 guided bombs, and launched 262 shelling attacks.
Russia’s losses
Since the start of its full-scale invasion, Russia has lost over 846,000 troops, according to the General Staff of Ukraine.
In particular, over the past day, enemy losses amounted to 1,340 troops. Ukrainian Defense Forces also destroyed 10 tanks, 18 armored fighting vehicles, 32 artillery systems, and other enemy equipment.
