Russia-Ukraine war: Frontline update as of January 26

On January 25, there were 167 combat clashes on the front line. Ukrainian forces struck a Russian drone control center, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Over the past 24 hours, the missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces hit four areas of personnel, weapons, and military equipment concentration, as well as one Russian UAV control point, according to the summary.
Pokrovsk direction
In the Pokrovsk direction, the Ukrainian Armed Forces stopped 52 enemy assault attempts towards the settlements of Vodiane Druge, Yelyzavetivka, Myroliubivka, Promin, Zelene, Udachne, Novooleksandrivka, Kotlyne, Bohdanivka, Andriivka, Shevchenko, Dachne, Ulaky, and Kostiantynopilske, as well as towards Pokrovsk, Vidrodzhennia, and Uspenivka.
Situation on other frontlines
On the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers launched 33 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Novomarkove, Chasiv Yar, Stupochky, Predechyna, and Bila Hora.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue operations in the Kursk region. Over the past day, Russian invaders carried out 33 airstrikes, dropped 57 KABs, and launched 292 artillery attacks. Ukrainian defenders repelled 16 assault actions by the enemy.
On the Lyman direction, the enemy launched 26 attacks, attempting to break through the Ukrainian defense near the settlements of Tverdokhlibove, Novosergiivka, Shyikivka, Nova Kruhliakivka, Druzheliubivka, Hrekivka, Pershotravneve, Kopanky, and towards Novoliubivka, Makiivka, Zelena Dolyna, and Torsk.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy launched ten attacks near the settlement of Toretsk.
In the Kupiansk direction, there were nine enemy attacks over the past 24 hours. The Defense Forces repelled enemy assault actions near Petropavlivka, Pishchane, Hlushkivka, and Lozova.
In the Novopavlivka direction, the Defense Forces repelled nine Russian attacks. The enemy made the most effort to advance in the areas of the settlements of Novosilka, Novodarivka, Kostiantynopil, and Velyka Novosilka.
The Defense Forces are making efforts to prevent the enemy from advancing deeper into Ukrainian territory, successfully repelling two assaults by the enemy in the Prydniprovskyi direction.
In the Siversk direction, the enemy conducted one attack near Verkhniokamianka.
On the Orikhiv, Huliaipole, and Kharkiv directions, the enemy did not carry out any offensive actions over the past day.
On the Volyn and Polissya directions, no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected.
Russian losses in Ukraine
Over the past 24 hours, on January 25, Russia's losses on the front line amounted to 1,720 military personnel. Ukrainian forces also destroyed 9 tanks, 4 armored fighting vehicles, 14 artillery systems, 40 operational-tactical level UAVs, and 53 vehicles of the occupiers.
