Over the past day, on September 25, 189 battles took place along the front line of war. The heaviest fighting occurred in the Pokrovsk and Kurakhove directions, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"Yesterday, the Air Force, missile forces, and artillery of the Defense Forces carried out 15 strikes on concentrations of enemy personnel and military equipment, one strike on an air defense system, and two on missile and artillery systems," the General Staff wrote.

Frontline situation

In the Kharkiv direction, there were three attacks near the settlements of Vovchansk and Tykhу.

In the Kupiansk direction, Russian forces launched 10 attacks near Petropavlivka, Synkivka, Kolisnykivka, Hlushkivka, Stelmakhivka, and toward Lozova.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 21 times, focusing its main efforts in the areas of Hrekivka and Novolшubivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, eight attacks were recorded near Hryhorivka, Chasiv Yar, and Klishchiivka.

In the Toretsk direction, the enemy attacked with air support, conducting 10 assaults near Toretsk, Shcherbynivka, and Nelipivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, 54 assaults and offensive actions were halted toward the settlements of Novotoretsk, Lysivka, Novohrodivka, Hrodivka, Kostшantynivka, and Selydove.

In the Kurakhove direction, 25 attacks were repelled near Tsukuryne, Hirnyk, Maksymilyanivka, and Heorhiivka.

In the Vremivka direction, Russian forces carried out seven assaults near Vuhledar and Vodiane.

In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy attempted to advance five times near Robotyne and Novoandriivka.

In the Prydniprovskу direction, Russian occupiers attacked Ukrainian positions twice but faced strong resistance and suffered losses.

There were no signs of the formation of offensive enemy groups in the Volyn and Polissia directions.

Russia’s war losses

Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion, it has lost over 647,000 personnel. Just in the past 24 hours, Ukrainian Defense Forces eliminated another 1,400 enemy combatants. Additionally, 10 tanks, 44 armored fighting vehicles, over 70 artillery systems, and more were destroyed.
