Russian forces have intensified their activity near Toretsk in Donetsk region today, June 29. However, the most challenging front remains in Pokrovsk, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

During the past 24 hours, there have been 170 skirmishes along the entire front line. The enemy launched 150 guided aerial bombs and conducted nearly 4,400 shelling incidents.

In the Kharkiv direction, six enemy attacks near Vovchansk were recorded, with two repelled, and battles continuing at four locations under controlled conditions. The invaders lost 129 personnel, including 40 fatalities.

In the Kupiansk direction, our positions near Stelmakhivka are under attack, but the situation remains under control. In the Siversk direction, two enemy assaults have been repelled, while attempts near Spirne and Vyimka continue.

In the Kramatorsk direction, five engagements have occurred, with two attacks near Kalynivka repelled and ongoing battles near Chasiv Yar. The Russian aggressor has not achieved success.

In the Toretsk direction, the enemy is actively attempting to displace our defenders from positions near Toretsk, with ongoing battles in three locations.

The enemy remains particularly active in the Pokrovsk direction, having made eight attempts since the beginning of the day to breach Ukrainian defenses. Defensive measures are in place to exhaust the aggressor's offensive potential.

In the Kurakhiv direction, attacks on Paraskeviivka continue, with the situation under control of the defense forces. Five more assaults were repelled near Kostiantynivka.

In the Vremivka direction, the Russian aggressor is attempting to advance near Vodiane, but Ukrainian units are holding them back with fire. In the Orikhiv direction, attempts by the occupiers to breach the defense have been suppressed.

Losses on the Russian side

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, since the start of full-scale war, Russia has lost thousands of military vehicles and 541,000 soldiers killed. In the past day alone, Ukrainian forces have eliminated 1,070 Russians.
