Situation at frontlines
In the Volyn and Polissia direction, the operational situation remains unchanged, with no significant changes observed in the formation of enemy offensive groupings.
In the Siversk and Slobozhanske direction, the enemy maintains a military presence in border areas, conducts sabotage and reconnaissance activities, fires on populated areas from Russian territory, and increases the density of mine-explosive barriers along the Ukrainian state border. They conducted airstrikes in the areas of populated areas Vodolaha, Yamne in the Sumy region; Vesele, Kharkiv, Vovchansk in the Kharkiv region. Enemy artillery and mortar shelling targeted over 30 populated areas, including Hrinivka in the Chernihiv region; Korenyok, Volfyne, Velyka Berezka, Yunakivka in the Sumy region.
In the Kupiansk direction, our troops repelled 3 attacks in the areas of populated areas Berestove and Kopanky in the Kharkiv region. About 10 populated areas, including Synkivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Kotlyarivka in the Kharkiv region, came under artillery and mortar fire.
In the Lyman direction, the Defense Forces repelled 16 attacks by the enemy in the areas of populated areas Novoehorivka, Hrekivka, Makiivka, Nevske, and Serebryanske forestry in the Luhansk region, as well as Terny in the Donetsk region. The enemy conducted an aviation strike in the area of the Serebryanske forestry. Over 10 populated areas, including Makiivka, Nevske in the Luhansk region; Terny, Yampolivka in the Donetsk region, were affected by artillery and mortar shelling.
In the Bakhmut direction, our troops repelled 24 attacks in the areas of populated areas Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region; Verkhniokamianske, Rozdolivka, Spirne, Novyi, Klishchiivka, Andriivka, and Chasiv Yar in the Donetsk region, where the enemy, with aviation support, attempted to improve tactical positions. Over 10 populated areas, including Rozdolivka, Kalynivka, Chasiv Yar, Andriivka in the Donetsk region, came under artillery and mortar fire.
In the Avdiivka direction, our defenders repelled 23 attacks in the areas of populated areas Arkhangelske, Keramik, Sokil, Umanske, Yasnobrodivka, and Netailove in the Donetsk region, where the enemy attempted to displace our units from their occupied positions. The enemy conducted airstrikes in the areas of populated areas Novobakhmutivka and Yevhenivka in the Donetsk region. Approximately 20 populated areas, including Arkhangelske, Novopokrovske, Umanske in the Donetsk region, were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling.
In the Novopavlivka direction, the Defense Forces continue to hold back the enemy in the areas of populated areas heorhiivka, Paraskoviivka, and Urozhaine in the Donetsk region, where the enemy, with aviation support, attempted 10 times to break through our troops' defense. The enemy conducted an aviation strike in the area of Kostiantynivka in Donetsk region. Over 10 populated areas, including Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, Paraskoviivka, Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region, came under artillery and mortar fire.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy, with aviation support, attacked the positions of our defenders twice in the areas of Staromykhailivka in the Donetsk region and Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region. They also conducted airstrikes in the areas of Storozheve in the Donetsk region and Mala Tokmachka in the Zaporizhzhia region. Approximately 15 populated areas, including Malynivka, Bilohirya, Robotyne, Shcherbaky in the Zaporizhzhia region, were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling.
In the Kherson direction, the enemy continues its intention to displace our units from the bridgeheads on the left bank of the Dnipro River. During the day, they carried out 2 unsuccessful attacks on the positions of our troops in the area of Krynky in the Kherson region. They conducted airstrikes in the areas of Mykhailivka, Tyahynka, and Yantarna in the Kherson region. About 20 populated areas, including Mykolaivka, Olhivka, Tyahynka, Ivanivka, Tokarivka in the Kherson region, were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling.
