Ukrainian military repelled 26 enemy attacks in the Avdiivka direction, continuing efforts to expand the foothold in the Kherson direction. Missile forces targeted the enemy's electronic warfare station, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Russian attacks

During the past 24 hours, there were 74 combat engagements. In total, the enemy launched 7 missile and 10 aviation strikes, carrying out 86 shelling incidents with multiple rocket launcher systems on the positions of our troops and civilian settlements.

Due to Russian terrorist attacks, unfortunately, there are casualties and injuries among the civilian population. Educational institutions, residential buildings, and other civilian infrastructure have suffered destruction and damage.

The following locations experienced aviation strikes:

  • Krasnyi Khutir, the Chernihiv region;
  • Rozhkovychi, the Sumy region.

Over 110 settlements in the Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions came under artillery fire.

Situation at the frontlines

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, the operational situation remains unchanged.

In the Siversk and Slobozhanske directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in border areas, actively conducts sabotage activities to prevent the redeployment of our troops to threatening directions, and increases the density of mine-explosive barriers along the state border in the Belgorod region.

In the Kupiansk direction, 4 enemy attacks near Synkivka and east of Pisky in the Kharkiv region have been repelled.

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian forces repelled 6 attacks by occupiers in the areas of the settlements Terny and Yampolivka in the Donetsk region

In the Bakhmut direction, Defense forces repelled 4 enemy attacks near Bohdanivka and Ivanivka in the Donetsk region.

In the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian defenders continue to restrain the enemy, who does not cease attempts to encircle Avdiivka. Our soldiers hold the defense steadfastly, causing significant losses to the invaders.

Defense forces repelled 21 enemy attacks in the past day near Ocheretynne, Novobakhmutivka, Stepove, and Avdiivka, and 5 more attacks near Pervomaiske in the Donetsk region.

In the Maryinka direction, Ukrainian soldiers continue to restrain the enemy near Hеorhiivka, Pobieda, and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region, where 22 attacks have been repelled.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, the enemy did not engage in offensive (assault) actions.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, our troops repelled an attack by occupiers north of Pryiutne in the Zaporizhzhia region.

In the Kherson direction, the Defense Forces continue measures to expand the foothold. Despite significant losses, the enemy persists in attempts to dislodge our units from their positions.

During the past day, the enemy carried out 8 unsuccessful assault actions.

At the same time, our soldiers, through active actions, inflict losses on the occupying forces in personnel and equipment, wearing down the enemy along the entire front line.

Enemy losses

During the past day, the Defense Forces aviation conducted strikes on 6 concentrations of enemy personnel. Additionally, using the forces and means of the Ukrainian air defense, one guided aviation missile Kh-59 was destroyed.

Units of the missile forces struck 1 artillery piece and 1 radio-electronic warfare station of the enemy.

The total number of losses in the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion is 382,110 military personnel.
