Ukrainian Forces successfully repelled 14 enemy attacks in the Maryinka direction and continued efforts to expand their foothold in the Kherson direction. Aviation strikes targeted four enemy personnel concentration areas, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Russian shelling

In the past 24 hours, there have been 79 clashes, with the enemy launching a total of 3 missiles and 8 aviation strikes. They utilized Shahed-136/131 attack drones and conducted 82 rocket artillery barrages on positions held by our forces and civilian settlements.

As a result of Russian terrorist attacks, unfortunately, there are casualties and injuries among the civilian population. Residential private and multi-story buildings, as well as other civilian infrastructure, have suffered destruction and damage.

Over 100 settlements in the Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions have come under artillery fire.

Frontline situation

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, the operational situation remains largely unchanged.

In the Siversk and Slobozhanske directions, the adversary maintains military presence in border areas, actively engages in sabotage activities to prevent the repositioning of our forces to critical sectors, and increases the density of mine-explosive obstacles along the state border in the Belgorod region.

In the Kupiansk direction, our defenders repelled 7 enemy attacks near Synkivka, Tabaiivka in the Kharkiv region, and Stelmakhivka in the Luhansk region.

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian Forces repelled 11 attacks by occupiers near Terniv, Yampolivka, and Torske in the Donetsk region, and Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region.

In the Bakhmut direction, Defense Forces successfully thwarted 7 enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Ivanivske and Klishchiivka in the Donetsk region.

In the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian defenders continue to restrain the enemy, who persistently attempt to encircle Avdiivka. Our soldiers are holding their ground, inflicting significant losses on the invaders.

Over the past day, the Defense Forces successfully repelled 11 enemy attacks near Stepove, Avdiivka, and another 17 attacks in the vicinity of Tonenke, Pervomaiske, and Nevelske in the Donetsk region.

In the Maryinka direction, Ukrainian Forces continue to restrain the enemy near Heorhiivka and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region, repelling 14 attacks.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, our defenders repelled 3 enemy attacks south of Zolota Niva and west of Staromaiorske in the Donetsk region.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, our forces repelled an enemy attack west of Verbove in the Zaporizhzhia region.

In the Kherson direction, the Defense Forces continue efforts to expand the foothold. Despite significant losses, the enemy persists in attempting to dislodge our units from their positions. Over the past day, the adversary launched two unsuccessful assault operations.

At the same time, our soldiers, through active actions, continue to inflict losses on the occupying forces in personnel and equipment, wearing down the enemy along the entire front line.

Enemy losses

During the past day, the Defense Forces' aviation conducted strikes on four areas where enemy personnel, weaponry, and military equipment were concentrated.

Units of the missile forces targeted one artillery piece and two ammunition depots belonging to the enemy.

The overall casualties of the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion amount to 381,370 military personnel.
