In Ukraine, there were 62 military clashes on the front line during the day. The Defense Forces continue efforts to expand the foothold on the left bank of the Dnipro River in the Kherson region and repel attacks in the areas of Bakhmut and Avdiivka in the Donetsk region, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Russian attacks

The enemy, in total, delivered 5 missile strikes and 25 air strikes, conducting 32 artillery shelling using rocket systems with barrage fire on the positions of our troops and populated areas. As a result of Russian terrorist attacks, unfortunately, there are casualties and injuries among the civilian population. Residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure have suffered destruction and damage.

During the night, Russian occupiers once again attacked Ukraine with two strike UAVs of the Shahed-136/131 type. All enemy drones are destroyed.

Aerial strikes were carried out in: Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region, Mala Tokmachka in the Zaporizhzhia region, Zmiivka ta Chervonyi Mayak in the Kherson region.

Approximately 100 populated areas in the Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions came under artillery fire.

Situation at the frontlines

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, the operational situation remains unchanged.

In the Siversk and Slobozhanske directions, the adversary maintains military presence in border areas, actively conducts sabotage activities to prevent the redeployment of our forces to critical directions, and increases the density of mine-explosive obstacles along the state border in the Belgorod region.

In the Kupiansk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 7 attacks by occupiers near Synkivka in the Kharkiv region.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy did not engage in offensive (assault) actions.

In the Bakhmut direction, our soldiers repelled three enemy attacks in the areas of Klyshchiivka and Andriivka in the Donetsk region.

In the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian defenders continue to restrain the enemy, which persists in attempting to encircle Avdiivka. Our soldiers steadfastly hold the defense, inflicting significant losses on the invaders.

Over the past day, the Defense Forces repelled four attacks near Novobakhmutivka and Avdiivka, as well as another 17 attacks in the areas of Pervomaiske and Nevelske in the Donetsk region.

In the Maryinka direction, our defenders continue to hold back the enemy near Maryinka, Pobeda, and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region, where 15 attacks were repelled.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, the occupiers did not engage in offensive (assault) actions.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the Defense Forces repelled an enemy attack in the area of Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region.

In the Kherson direction, Ukrainian soldiers continue efforts to expand the foothold. Despite significant losses, the enemy persists in attempting to dislodge our units from their positions. Over the past day, the adversary conducted 13 unsuccessful storming actions.

Enemy losses

During the past day, the Defense Forces aviation carried out strikes in 5 concentrations of personnel and targeted 1 enemy command point.

Missile units targeted two enemy command points, 4 concentration areas of personnel, weaponry, and military equipment, ammunition storage and artillery piece.
