Ukrainian military forces successfully repelled 14 enemy attacks on the Maryinka front and are holding back the enemy in the Avdiivka direction. Aviation units targeted 12 concentration areas of enemy personnel, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Russian shelling

During the past 24 hours, there were 58 combat engagements. Overall, the enemy conducted 7 missile and 58 aviation strikes, as well as 57 shelling attacks with rocket artillery on the positions of our forces and civilian settlements.

Due to Russian terrorist attacks, unfortunately, there are casualties and injuries among the civilian population. Residential buildings and other civilian and industrial infrastructure have suffered destruction and damage.

Aviation strikes targeted:

  • Zolochiv, Morokhovez, Pylna, Kolodyazne, Petropavlivka, Kucherivka, Podoly, Ivanivka, Berestove in the Kharkiv region;
  • Stelmakhivka, Novoyehorivka, Serebryanske Forestry Area in the Luhansk region;
  • Terni, Spirne, Pivnichne, Oleksandrivka, Avdiivka, Novomykhailivka, Vodyane in the Donetsk region;
  • Orikhiv, Novodarivka in the Zaporizhzhia region;
  • Chervonyi Mayak, Berislav in the Kherson region.

Approximately 110 settlements in the Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions came under artillery fire.

Frontline situation

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, the operational situation remains relatively unchanged.

In the Siversk and Slobozhanske directions, the adversary maintains military presence in border areas, actively conducts sabotage activities to prevent the redeployment of our troops to critical directions, and increases the density of mine-explosive barriers along the state border in the Belgorod region.

In the Kupiansk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 3 enemy attacks in the area of Synkivka and east of Petropavlivka in the Kharkiv region.

In the Lyman direction, the adversary did not engage in offensive (assault) actions.

In the Bakhmut direction, our forces repelled 4 attacks by occupiers near Bohdanivka and Andriivka in the Donetsk region.

In the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian defenders continue to hold back the enemy, who persistently attempts to encircle Avdiivka. Our troops maintain a resilient defense, inflicting significant losses on the aggressors.

Over the past day, defense forces repelled 13 attacks near Novobakhmutivka, Stepove, and Avdiivka, and another 19 attacks in the areas of Severne, Pervomaiske, and Nevelske in the Donetsk region.

In the Maryinka direction, our defenders continue to restrain the enemy near Heorhiivka and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region, where 14 attacks were repelled.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, the occupiers did not conduct offensive (assault) actions.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled an enemy attack in the area of Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region.

At the same time, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue actively engaging in actions to inflict losses on the occupying forces in personnel and equipment, exhausting the enemy along the entire front line.

Enemy losses

Over the past day, our aviation has struck in 12 areas of enemy personnel concentration.

Missile forces units hit the area of enemy personnel concentration, 3 anti-aircraft defense systems, 3 artillery units, a radio-electronic warfare station, and 2 enemy command posts.

It should be noted that the total number of losses in the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion is 361,500 military personnel.
