The Defense Forces' aviation conducted strikes on 6 enemy personnel, armament, and military equipment concentration areas, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Russian shelling
During the day, there were 69 combat clashes. The enemy carried out 1 missile and 10 aviation strikes, conducted 40 shelling attacks using reactive multiple rocket launchers on the positions of our troops and populated areas.
Unfortunately, as a result of Russian terrorist attacks, there are casualties among the civilian population. Private residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure have suffered destruction and damage.
Situations on frontlines
On the Volyn and Polissia fronts, the operational environment remains largely unchanged. No signs of forming offensive groups have been identified. Belarusian military units have been spotted performing tasks in border areas adjacent to Ukraine.
On the Siversk and Slobozhanske fronts, the adversary maintains military presence in border areas, engages in reconnaissance activities, conducts shelling of civilian settlements from the territory of the Russian Federation, and increases the density of mine-explosive barriers along Ukraine's state border. Over 20 populated areas, including Karpovychi in the Chernihiv region; Seredyna-Buda, Esman, Ulanove, Volfyne, Stepok in the Sumy region; Huriev Kozachok, Veterynarne, Starytsia, Volchansk, Budarky in the Kharkiv region, have suffered artillery and mortar shelling by the enemy.
On the Kupiansk front, Ukrainian defenders repelled all attacks by occupiers in the area of Synkivka in the Kharkiv region, where the adversary, supported by aviation, unsuccessfully attempted to breach our troops' defense. Approximately 10 populated areas, including Dvorichna, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, Berestove in the Kharkiv region, were under artillery and mortar fire.
On the Lyman front, Defense Forces repelled 4 enemy attacks in the areas of Serebrianske Forestry in the Luhansk region and further east of Terniv in the Donetsk region. Over 10 populated areas, including Nevske, Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region, and Torske, Serebrianka, Verkhniokamianske, Spirne, and Rozdolivka in the Donetsk region, suffered from artillery and mortar fire.
On the Bakhmut front, Defense Forces repelled 10 attacks by the enemy near Bohdanivka, Klishchiivka, and Andriivka in the Donetsk region. Approximately 10 populated areas, including Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, Klishchiivka, Andriivka, New York in the Donetsk region, were under artillery and mortar fire.
On the Avdiivka front, our defenders repelled 22 enemy attacks east of Novobakhmutivka, Stepove, Avdiivka, and another 7 attacks in the areas of Pervomaiske and Nevelske in the Donetsk region. Approximately 10 populated areas, including Avdiivka, Severne, Karlivka, Netailove, Pervomaiske in the Donetsk region, suffered from enemy artillery and mortar fire.
On the Maryinka front, Defense Forces continue to hold back the enemy in the areas of Krasnohorivka and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region, where the adversary launched 11 unsuccessful attacks on our defenders' positions. Populated areas such as Heorhiivka, Maryinka, Novomykhailivka, Paraskeviiivka, Kostiantynivka, and Antonivka were under artillery and mortar fire.
On the Shakhtarsk front, the enemy did not conduct any offensive actions. Around 10 populated areas, including Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Zolota Nyva, Staromaiorske, Rivnopil in the Donetsk region, were shelled by enemy artillery and mortars.
On the Zaporizhzhia front, Defense Forces repelled 9 attacks by the invaders west of Novopokrovka and Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region, where the enemy, supported by aviation, attempted to dislodge our units from occupied positions. Approximately 20 populated areas, including Levadne, Malynivka, Huliaipole, Orihiv, Novoandriivka, Kamianske in the Zaporizhzhia region, were under enemy artillery and mortar fire.
On the Kherson front, the enemy's artillery shelling targeted Kherson, Tiahynka, Ivanivka, Tokariivka in the Kherson region, and Ochakiv in the Mykolaiv region.
