Ukrainian troops continue to hold back the Russian advance on the Maryinka front. Meanwhile, the Russians are carrying out unsuccessful offensive actions on the Bakhmut front, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Russian attacks

During the day, the enemy launched two missile strikes and over 30 aviation strikes, and conducted 35 artillery attacks from multiple rocket launch systems on the positions of Ukrainian forces and civilian settlements.

As a result of Russian terrorist attacks, there are casualties and injuries among the civilian population. Residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure have suffered damage.

Frontline situation

During the day, there were more than 20 clashes.

On the Volyn and Polissia fronts, the operational situation remains unchanged.

On the Siversk and Slobozhanske fronts, the enemy carried out mortar and artillery shelling on more than 20 settlements.

On the Kupiansk front, enemy artillery and mortar shelling affected Dvorychna, Synkivka, Kyslivka, and Berestove in the Kharkiv region.

On the Lyman front, the enemy conducted aviation strikes in the areas of Tverdokhlibove, Bilohorivka, and Serebrianske Forestry in the Luhansk region. Around 15 settlements experienced artillery shelling from the enemy.

On the Bakhmut front, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the Klischiivka area of the Donetsk region. An aviation strike was launched in the area of Vesele in the Donetsk region. Over 20 settlements suffered from enemy artillery shelling.

On the Avdiivka front, Oleksandropil, Stepove, Avdiivka, Sieverne, Pervomaiske, Nevelske in the Donetsk region experienced artillery shelling.

On the Maryinka front, Ukrainian forces continue to restrain the Russian troops' advance in the Maryinka and Novomykhailivka areas of the Donetsk region. The enemy carried out aviation strikes in the areas of Maryinka and Novomykhailivka.

On the Shakhtarsk front, the enemy launched an aviation strike in the area of Staromaiorske in the Donetsk region. Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Novoukrainka, Velyka Novosilka, Blahodatne, and Urozhaine in the Donetsk region experienced artillery shelling.

On the Zaporizhzhia front, the enemy carried out aviation strikes in the areas of Mala Tokmachka and Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region. Over 30 settlements, including Charivne, Yehorivka, Stepove, Lobkove, and Piatykhatky in the Zaporizhzhia region, suffered from enemy artillery shelling.

On the Kherson front, the enemy conducted aviation strikes in the areas of Dachi and Zymivnyk in the Kherson region. Over 20 settlements, including Poniativka, Kherson, Stanislav in the Kherson region and Ochakiv, Solonchaky in the Mykolaiv region, were affected by enemy artillery shelling.

Counteroffensive actions

At the same time, Ukrainian defensive forces continue their offensive operation on the Melitopol front, consolidating their achieved positions and carrying out counter-battery actions.

Emergency events

Russian occupation forces continue to engage in looting and mistreatment of the civilian population. For instance, a unit from the Republic of Buryatia of the Russian Federation arrived in Tokmak of the Zaporizhzhia region. Military personnel from this unit systematically check local residents on their property rights. If there are no documents, they seize all property and housing under the pretext of "confiscation" and physically abuse dissatisfied local residents.

Russian losses

During the day, the Ukrainian forces' aviation launched six strikes on areas where the enemy's personnel are concentrated.

Missile troops and artillery units hit four command points, one area of enemy personnel concentration, weapons, and military equipment, and three artillery systems in enemy firing positions.
