Ukrainian military continues their offensive on the Melitopol and Berdyansk fronts, successfully repelling a Russian attack near Avdiivka and eliminating two enemy command posts, as the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reports.

Russian shelling

Over the past day, the enemy launched 3 missiles and 47 aviation strikes, and conducted 55 shelling incidents from multiple rocket launch systems against Ukraine's troops' positions and civilian settlements.

Russian terrorist attacks have resulted in casualties and injuries among the civilian population, causing destruction to residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure.

Frontline situation

Within the last 24 hours, around 20 clashes have taken place.

On the Volyn and Polissia fronts, the operational situation remains relatively stable.

On the Siversk and Slobodzhanske fronts, the enemy carried out aviation strikes in the areas of Hremiachka and Leonivka in the Chernihiv region, conducting mortar and artillery shelling on more than 15 settlements.

On the Kupiansk front, Ukrainian troops continue to hold their defensive positions firmly. The enemy conducted aviation strikes in the regions of Synkivka and Kotliarivka in the Kharkiv region, as well as Novoselivka in the Luhansk region. The enemy also launched mortar and artillery shelling on over 10 settlements.

On the Lyman front, the enemy conducted aviation strikes in the areas of Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region and Terniv, Serebrianka, Spirne, Vesele in the Donetsk region. Artillery shelling by the enemy affected settlements such as Biloheorivka in the Luhansk region, and Verkhniokamianske, Spirne, and Rozdolivka in the Donetsk region.

On the Bakhmut front, Ukrainian forces resiliently held their defense, successfully repelling enemy attacks on the outskirts of Klyshchiivka in the Donetsk region. The enemy carried out aviation strikes in the regions of Kramatorsk, Markove, Klyshchiivka, Pivnichne, and New York in the Donetsk region. Over 10 settlements suffered from enemy artillery shelling.

On the Avdiivka front, under intense enemy aviation and artillery fire, Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled Russian military attacks in the areas of Avdiivka and Severne in the Donetsk region. The enemy conducted aviation strikes in the regions of Severne and Pervomaiske in the Donetsk region. Artillery shelling targeted Avdiivka, Tonenke, Soloviove, Pervomaiske, and Karlivka in the Donetsk region.

On the Maryinka front, Ukrainian defense forces continue to hold their positions and deter Russian military advances near Maryinka. The enemy conducted aviation strikes in the region of Krasnohorivka. Artillery shelling affected Krasnohorivka, Hostre, Maryinka, and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region.

On the Shakhtarsk front, the enemy made unsuccessful attempts to regain lost ground in the area of Staromykhailivka. They launched aviation strikes in the regions of Vremivka, Blahodatne, and Staromykhailivka in the Donetsk region. Artillery shelling targeted Vodiane, Vuhledar, Prechystivka.

On the Zaporizhzhia front, the enemy conducted aviation strikes in the regions of Novodanylivka and Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region. Artillery shelling impacted more than 15 settlements.

On the Kherson front, enemy artillery strikes were experienced by over 10 settlements, including Mykilske and Veletenske in the Kherson region, as well as the city of Kherson, and also Kutsurub and Ochakiv in the Mykolaiv region.

The advance of the Ukrainian Armed Forces

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian forces continue their offensive operation in the Melitopol and Berdyansk directions, consolidating their positions on the achieved positions.

Emergency events

Russia continues its unlawful integration of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into its socio-political space.
