Russian occupying forces have gone beyond the bounds of even the wildest imagination and become hostages to their own lies about capturing Ukrainian settlements, United Forces spokesperson Viktor Trehubov said this during a national telethon live broadcast.
According to him, the actual front line can be seen on the DeepState map.
The Russian forces, meanwhile, should take their own previous false claims into account and, accordingly, "color in" new settlements they allegedly captured. However, they do not do this.
"If they say that they have captured Kupiansk and have not abandoned this narrative, then they need to somehow draw a map showing Kupiansk as captured, which means they are advancing somewhere further... In other words, the settlements that they sometimes actually reach with small groups are shown on these maps as being deep in their rear," Trehubov said.
It was previously reported that the Russian Defense Ministry claims to have made gains on the front line, but some of these claims have not been confirmed. Even Russian military bloggers doubt that Ukrainian forces are encircled in the Kharkiv region.
