Russian troops fired at a locomotive on the Prydniprovska Railroad that was carrying civilian cargo, according to the head of the Presidential Office, Andrii Yermak.

"Today, for the second time in 24 hours, Russians attacked a locomotive on the Prydniprovska Railroad that was transporting civilian cargo. This is a planned terror against civilian logistics, as well as railroad workers," Yermak wrote.

He added that Russia's aggressive methods only demonstrate that it has no plans to end the war, and therefore, Russia must be broken economically and by destroying its military-industrial complex.
